I’ve Been Abandoned!

I don’t want to alarm anyone, but I’ve been abandoned.

Mommy went outside.

Without me.

I know. I’m just as shocked as you are.

It has now been approximately 23 seconds, and I have taken up my position at the window so she can see exactly how devastated I am by this betrayal.

Where is she going?

What is she doing?

Why wasn’t I consulted?

Why aren’t I with her?

I’ll continue monitoring the situation from here until she comes to her senses and lets me out — or, at the very least, comes back inside where she belongs.
