The evidence …
Well, hoomans, you’re not going to believe what happened in MY house!
My little sister Annie has apparently decided to pursue a life of crime!
Here’s what happened…
Annie grabbed a paper plate and took off with it! But instead of keeping her stolen goods, she ran straight over to where I usually sit, dropped the evidence, then ran back to the scene of the original crime!
And then?
She stood there looking completely innocent! 😇
EXCUSE ME?!
That little troublemaker was trying to FRAME ME!
There I was, minding my own business, and suddenly I’m the prime suspect in the Great Paper Plate Caper!
Apparently, Annie thinks that if she leaves the evidence at MY spot, Mommy will automatically assume I’m guilty!
Nice try, Annie!
I’ve watched enough crime shows with Mommy to know exactly what’s going on here.
But there was one little problem with Annie’s master plan…
MOMMY SAW THE WHOLE THING! 👀😂
That’s right! Mommy witnessed the theft, the planting of the evidence, the getaway, AND Annie’s attempt to look completely innocent!
BUSTED!
Good thing Mommy was watching, or I might have been falsely accused of a crime I didn’t commit! Although Mommy knows that her little angel (ME) would NEVER do anything like that, it was nice to have a witness just in case!
As a former Officer Cadie, I know the importance of a reliable eyewitness!
CASE CLOSED! Annie is GUILTY!
Mommy, I think I deserve a treat for the emotional distress. And Annie? You might want to find yourself a good attorney!
